Roof Coating is a series of several steps. The first thing after the estimate is accepted, we will power wash with chemical to remove all dirt and loose granules to thoroughly clean the entire roof. After the roof is completely dry, then the patching process will be started. The Patching materials consist of four different applications.

1. Crack and joint Sealant #103
2. Super Seal #105
3. Waterproof Emulsion #500
4. Puddle Plaster #505

After all of the patching and penetrations are sealed, we apply TWO coats of Elastek Extreme UV Reflective elastomeric roof coating.

FACTS: Aluminum paint that roofers apply does not hold up to our New Mexico Sun. Most roofers and homeowners patch with plastic cement. This is a quick fix and will crack in a short period of time. We use all of the Elastek High Performance Elastomeric Roof Coating Products.
